The Grand County Council on Aging is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that assists senior and disabled residents of Grand County to maintain independence. They are located at 469 E. Topaz Ave. in Granby, CO. Their phone number is (970) 887-3222. In addition to on-going events for seniors (for example bingo and exercise classes), they offer nutrition and meal sites, provide a Senior Van for "necessary" trips when a senior is unable to drive, and Ensure at cost. No one is turned away from transportation or nutrition needs due to lack of funds. Cliffview Assisted Living Center is located at 710 Eagle Ave., Kremmling, CO. This facility is vital to Grand County residents in providing assisted living.
